Tony is a seasoned executive leader with over 15 years of expertise in advancement and strategic planning, having generated over $340 million in gifts and contributions. As Senior Vice President for Institutional Advancement and Strategic Retention at Wiley University, Neal boosted the annual fund by 12.8%, led a $450K Homecoming Give Back Campaign during the pandemic, and co-chaired a successful Sesquicentennial Anniversary Campaign. At LeMoyne-Owen College, he relaunched the BEACON alum magazine and spearheaded a $40 million endowed contribution. At Georgia Piedmont Technical College, Neal’s leadership increased donations and employee participation, raising $1 million through the annual Take A Swing for Scholarships event. He has also held key roles at KIPP Charlotte, Bennett College, UNCF, and United Way, demonstrating expertise in executive leadership, budget management, and relationship development. Neal holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from Jackson State University.
