Shannon has 30 years of expertise in strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and operations across various sectors including mortgage lending, title insurance, construction, technology, and real estate. He has held leadership roles in non-profits like Ministry Management Partners and Church Planting Network, and currently serves at Brookstone Church in North Carolina. Formerly CEO and chairman of the board for a North Carolina REALTORS® subsidiary, Shannon developed technology systems for over 150,000 REALTORS®. As co-founder of Transaction First LLC, he led an international team to create a 50-state forms management system for Equifax. His experience includes owning a title insurance company, managing a real estate law firm, and pioneering remote closings for Wachovia Bank. Shannon has also held senior positions at Southeastern Financial Group and Chase Capital Asset Management. He now leads acquisitions and partnerships at Landbank Companies and Paradigm Atlantic Management Group. A disciple since 1995, Shannon is married to Dawn and has two children.
