Nick Honerkamp, President of the Covenant Resource Group, brings 17 years of experience as a senior pastor, leading a 750-member congregation to national recognition as a Church of Distinction through the Willow Creek Association. His extensive global ministry partnerships have equipped him to address the diverse needs of intergenerational and multicultural communities, connecting them with nonprofit services at all levels. Nick’s leadership at Kingdom Consulting has delivered impactful solutions, including fundraising, board development, strategic planning, and church health assessments. As the only ecumenical consultant in Western North Carolina, Nick navigates various ministries and maintains strong relationships with leaders across 100 churches and 20 denominations. As Church Development Director for the Asheville Buncombe Christian Crisis Ministry he lead fundraising and volunteer recruitment from regional churches to support its $17 million budget. ABCCM aided over 20,000 individuals annually. Nick’s expertise and dedication to fostering Kingdom impact make him exceptionally suited to lead Covenant Resource Group.
