Mary has served South Florida Bible College & Theological Seminary (SFBC&TS) since 1989, progressing from Registrar to Dean of Admissions, Provost, Senior Vice President, and ultimately, President in 2016. Under her leadership, SFBC&TS has expanded significantly, including a move to a 50,000 square foot facility in 2017 and securing $7.6 million for its purchase in 2019. Dr. Drabik has been instrumental in the college’s accreditation process, development of online instruction, and extension campuses. She holds a B.A. and M.R.E. from SFBC&TS, an M.B.A. from Whitfield Theological Seminary, and an honorary DCEd from Cohen Theological Seminary. Dr. Drabik is an active member of the Deerfield Beach Chamber of Commerce and has held various leadership roles in Christian organizations. She and her husband are charter members of the SFBC&TS Light Bearers Alumni Association, which she founded, and they have two sons and three granddaughters.
