David is a management consultant for Christian non-profits across the U.S. He retired from Mission Increase at the end of 2023 after 11 years, where he founded the Tampa Bay chapter, served as COO, and later founded Mission Accelerate, a consulting arm of Mission Increase. Before this, David spent 10 years as COO of LCM Group, an Asset Management and Financial Advisory firm in Tampa. His career also includes senior management roles in finance and operations with for-profit companies. David holds a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan. He has served as a mentor, led Bible studies, and chaired the missions committee at his church, and currently serves on the board of Men of Iron. David and his wife, Debbie, split their time between Asheville, NC, and St. Petersburg, FL. They enjoy travel, outdoor activities, and have two adult children.
