How can you acquire a loan?

3. Approval and Closing:
Our management team will review your application for approval. Upon approval, you will receive a formal letter confirming the loan commitment, which can be used to finalize offers and contracts. We will assist in closing arrangements, including engaging a closing agent.

Loan rates are determined based on market factors and specific loan considerations. We do not charge prepayment penalties. Any costs associated with the loan issuance are the responsibility of the applicant. We will limit third-party costs to the bare minimum which will be determined by the nature of the project.
